OWN 5-Minute Breakfast Bowl
March 23, 2022Our busy schedules oftentimes hinder us from having breakfast in the morning. Breakfast is often called the most important meal of the day, and for good reason! It replenishes the body with nutrients after the over-night fasting period and boosts energy levels and alertness.
If you’re tight on time in the morning, your OWN Team has you covered!
Preparation time: 5 minutes
What you’ll need:
Greek yogurt
One banana, sliced
1 tablespoon honey
OWN Dark Chocolate and Nuts bar, coarsely chopped
How to make it:
Place greek yogurt in a bowl with the sliced banana and chopped OWN Bar.
Add the honey, mix well and enjoy!
Have fun with it, add more fruits or use Greek Yogurt with fruits, instead of plain.

Preparing this breakfast a day early and keeping it in the fridge over-night.
Adding your ingredients directly into the yogurt cup.
Place your breakfast bowl into a mason jar and consume it on the go or at work/school.
